We are looking for a UI UX Designer for a client. This is a full time opportunity, based out of Mumbai, with a funded startup in the B2B Fintech space.
Role: UI UX Designer
Experience: 0-2 yrs
Commercials: Rs 6-12L
Location: Mumbai
Part-time/Full-time: Full Time
The role involves:
- Working as the sole designer at the startup
- Improving the existing platform based on a defined design system. Also, refining the design system as needed
- Working with BAs and PMs to develop new screens based on requirements
- Presenting ones designs to senior management, product & dev teams
- Guiding Frontend development team to ensure output matches the designs. Reviewing their output
- Being the voice of UX within the organisation
What we are looking for:
- Someone who is a fast mover, grasps requirements quickly and is execution oriented
- Is open to working in a demanding, fast-paced startup environment with 6 days working a week
- Happy to work in-office, in Mumbai
- Someone who has experience working on B2B products
- Is comfortable interacting with developers, business and product teams alike
- Is a self learner and is great with communications (oral & written)
- Bonus: An interest and/or experience working in the financial domain
- Has a quality portfolio with great work samples
Process:

- Round 1: Interview on design skills for those shortlisted. Short live design task. Depending on quality of portfolio/experience, you may be given a take home assignment
- Round 2: For those that clear Round 1, interview on soft skills, communications
